Hi folks,
I think most us really suffer from emotional issues than the weight gain itself. Sad to say I know this is true about myself. There are things that cause me to really become depressed and sad. Feeling like this is no good because then I just stop caring about my appearance and my health.
Unforunately, people who treat you bad will continue to do so. You have to do something about it and stand up for yourself. If things get bad you need to avoid such people. Never do anything to harm yourself or others.
Love your self. Know you are precious. Know you are loved. Never give up.
So as you are doing this diet journey, make a list of things that cause you to feel bad about yourself. What make yous upset, sad, depressed. Eventually, you want to answer--- what makes you turn to eating for comfort.
