I tripped and fell today, twisting up my knee, and ended up having to lay around for the rest of the day. I ended up getting no exercise at all and eating crap food that was easily available because I haven't gotten off my butt and prepped quick healthy snacks and meals yet. This setback is frustrating!

Don't look at it as a set up back, just a bad day. I know when I say set back, I am thinking backwards and end up doing my damage. Look forward that tomorrow can be better than today. That is what it is all about, one day at a time. Don't look back just focus on the now. Way less guilt. :). Hope tomorrow is better.
