This is my first Dietbet challange.  Let me start from the Beginning.  September 3, 2014 I decided to make a change for ever.  A healtier me.  I joined WW and have been following that program since then.  I have lots as of today a total of 37lbs which I am so excited about.  The first week of December I went to the doctor for my yearly physical.  I thought becuse I had been working out and lost a good amount of weight at this point my blood numbers wold be amazing and I would not have to worry about anything and keep on my weightloss journey.  Boy was I wrong.  I am in the beggining stages of diabeites.  SO my doctor gave me 6 months to try to control it with diet before having to test everyday or take medicine.  So I have altered my WW eating to staying under 150g of net carbs per day in hopes I can kick this diabeties.  

 

2015 has finally come around and I vowed to myeself to try differnet things in the new year.  I stumbled accross a post in a WW group on FB about dietbet.  So I decided to try it out.  I thought this may be the kick in the butt I needed and it will help me stay accountable all month.  

 

Ideally I want to be in onderland by my next doctors appointment.  That is 33lbs away. I would love to loose 40 lbs between now and then.  I know I can do it if I put my mind to it.  I have joined a new gym that has a little different equipment and offers personal traning.  My free session is next Thursday and I can not wait.  I have come so far and the personal trainer may help me move my workout to the next level.  I am very excited to see what the next few weeks will bring.
