I have started my 24th week of my weight loss journey yesterday. Thus far I am down a total of 41 lbs. I do however have about 108 lbs to go and have some prety agressive goals for myself. I am super excited about. Back at the end of August I decided I was tired of going on doing what I was doing and not being able to go on some rides with my son at Dorney Park ws a game changer for me. I decided September 2nd I would start weight Watchers and dedicate my workouts and a new healthy me to my 2 year old son. I committed to going to the gym and eating witin the weigh watcher points. I have joined a few facebook pages with others doing Weight watchers which was a huge help and wonderful support. One of the group members just told me about Dietbet and I started my first diet bet last month. I won by the skin of my teeth and .2 lb to spare. I however, was sink with a horrible sinus infection and vertago for 2.5 weeks of it.
With that being said I decided I needed to do another dietbet challange to prove to myself I can get down another 4% and I need to keep myself accountable. I am super excited to have the support of everyone else trying to meet the same goals. Last month I started working out with a trainer 1 day a week and been doing a bunch of cardio and streight training on the other day. I went through about 2 weeks of having platus or not having a loss more than a few oz. So I hope that this challange will push me to get to my 50lb loss.
I have recently been diagnosed with diabeties and the docctor wants to do a recheck in 6 months which would be the end of June. I am hoping to control it with diet so I dont have to go on medicine. Ideally I want to be down another 40lbs which will bring me under 200. I have not seen that number since middle school. Thanks for everyone's support.
