Good morning peeps!
Today is my long day- I've been up since before the sun came out of hiding. I did an early morning Zumba jam session before work and I'll be going back to the gym afterward for a few hours. I don't know about everyone else but it feels great to be back working out almost daily. The holidays definitely had me off track; I was missing workouts do to holiday closings, floor remodelings, and of course pure laziness (that's the only reason though...).
I've gone back to trying to eat healthier as well as exercising a little bit more. With the holiday and water weight I was back up to almost 15 pounds heavier than my lowest weight I had achieved. I had to pick my mouth up off the ground and convince myself it was water weight (which I think was partially true). As of yesterday morning, more than 10 of those pounds are gone and I'm gonna knock the rest off. The last half of 2014 was rough for me in regards to losing weight and other things.
I'm happy to say that I'm still about 35 pounds lighter than I was around this time last year. Even though I expected to be 40-50 times lighter than this by this go around I still have to think about the fact that I HAVE had success. Right now my philosophy is that if atleast 2/3 of what I eat during the day is raw and a good chunk of the rest is "clean", I'll be good. I love, love, love veggies and fruit so I'm enjoying this ;)
