Okay confession time: I've been slacking.
Not necessarily on working out but on eating.
To a normal person I've been eating decently but I know for myself that I've been badly slacking for around a week now. I won't even get on a scale until a week or so from now because I don't want to be discouraged. I'm in three dietbet games (one of which is month 2 of a transformer) and I don't want to lose them but at the rate I'm going... You get the point.
So I have to get back in the swing of things, who knows it may not be as bad as I'm making it out to be. Anyway back to my mostly mostly raw way of life I suppose. It actually makes me feel better!
