Hear me when I say…..NEVER AGAIN, will I underestimate a 10 minute Workout.
Being “weight challenged” (heeeheee) and a bit (actually a lot) OCD about Gym showers, I am the person who enjoys the pleasure of working out at home, which means I have loads of Workouts on my laptop.
Today, after yesterday's full body workout, I opted for an Upper Body workout and because I was tight on time, I chose a ten minute workout. When I (pre-workout) whizzed through it, I was like, this is gonna be such a breeze and waste of a workout, but I picked it anyway cos I had an appointment to rush to and wanted to do a workout.
Boy-oh-Boy!!!!! Was that the longest and most excruciating ten minutes of my recent life!!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!! At the fourth set, I was like…”Flippin Flickers, that hurts!” Not because I was doing anything wrong but because my muscles were seriously burning and complaining. I never wished so hard for ten minutes to end, and because it was only ten minutes I stayed with it.
So folks when the heading says 10 Minute Workout, know you’re going to be p-a-y-i-n-g for EVERY SECOND.
