Just completed my first body combat workout (body combat 30) and I'm still standing!  whoo-hoo!  It was a good workout, easy to follow, not too many moves that I had to modify, and quick.  My heart rate monitor claims I burned 250 calories but I suspect it was a bit more than that because it was unreliable today.  I really enjoy the intructors on this dvd, they are motivating without being annoying.
