I just completed my third workout from Les Mills Body Combat!!  Tomorrow is my rest day and I kept thinking about that as I was working out to keep me from going "easy."  I was feeling a bit sore from yesterday's HIIT workout but I still gave it my all.  I did the Combat 45 workout.  It was 45 minutes of body combat similar to the classes I have taken at the gym before.  It was a high intensity cardio workout, which I kind of prefer to the plyo/strength workouts.  I really enjoyed it and I burned over 450 calories from it :D  Although I'm not really tracking calories (I'm mostly just cutting out processed foods and gluten), it helps to know that it really got my heart rate up high.  Overall, this was a fun workout that I won't get tired of soon.
