Hey all! So I did a Transformer bet last year and lost my 10%, but have since gained some back. I got married in October, started a job search, and moved across the country so I've had a lot going on, but I am ready to get back to healthy eating and exercising! No excuses, right? Here are my goals for month one:
-No soda! (so far so good)
-No booze! (so far so good)
-Track food every day on My Fitness Pal (username Jennamae102, add me!)
-Continue doing C25K workouts (I've completed Week 1 Day 2 so far)
