Week 2 was pretty good! I am down 5 pounds so far in this Diet Bet & am 93% of the way to my month 1 goal. Here is where I stand with my goals for the first month:
-No soda! (2 weeks in and not one drop)
-No booze! (I had a few drinks during week 1, but no alcohol this past week)
-Track food every day on My Fitness Pal (I've logged everything for 15 days)
-Continue doing C25K workouts (I've completed all 3 of the Week 2 workouts)
I'm feeling good, I hope everyone else is too!!
