Just finished day 6 of the program and tomorrow is my rest day! I'm feeling a bit sore but today's workout was the same as Day 1's so I knew exactly what to expect and it wasn't very difficult for me. It was mostly cardio with no weights or plyo (thank goodness!). I'm excited to have finished my first week.
