So I'm wondering if I'm at the beginning of an uphill battle or if it's possible that there is a hill below this foot that will really mean a change of course and direction that would be smooth sailing for me. What if the finish line is downhill and being healthy and in shape is the easy thing to do with all my bad habits really being the most difficult path? I guess it's all perception and what I choose to make of it.
