Hi Laura, I lost weight about 7 years ago when I threw my back out on a trampoline with my then 2yr old son. I was so out of shape! I managed to keep it off for a long time but things slipped a lot when I went back to work full time. Sitting all day and eating snacks as a distraction or not preparing well and eating lunch in the cafeteria. I'm determined to get it right this time!
