I am back on the QWLC diet which is really teaching you how to eat correctly.  I did it before and lost 20 pounds but got off track over the holidays and put 7-8 pounds back on and am ready to get it back off as I need to lower my weight for my blood pressure.  Eating right and exercise really helps.  No cheating with sweets really helps as well.  I am a chocoholic and being on this diet or eating right habit keeps me from having the cravings as well as I do not get hungry because I am eating five times a day.  3 meals and 2 fruits in between.   I am really excited about the DietBet as it gives me an incentive to lose the weight again.   Thanks for sharing this diet bet.
