I am back on the QWLC diet which is really teaching you how to eat correctly. I did it before and lost 20 pounds but got off track over the holidays and put 7-8 pounds back on and am ready to get it back off as I need to lower my weight for my blood pressure. Eating right and exercise really helps. No cheating with sweets really helps as well. I am a chocoholic and being on this diet or eating right habit keeps me from having the cravings as well as I do not get hungry because I am eating five times a day. 3 meals and 2 fruits in between. I am really excited about the DietBet as it gives me an incentive to lose the weight again. Thanks for sharing this diet bet.

Sign in to CommentI am sticking to my way of eating and it is working for me. Drinking about 70-80 ozs of water a day again has really helped and I feel better again. The qwlc diet always works for me as long as I stick to the plan. I get to eat regular food but no sweets yet. I have to lose my goal weight before I can add any back. After this is over I will continue to lose as my goal personally is to try to drop 10 pounds and get back to where I was a very long time ago. Good luck everyone.
