I am sticking to my way of eating and it is working for me. Drinking about 70-80 ozs of water a day again has really helped and I feel better again. The qwlc diet always works for me as long as I stick to the plan. I get to eat regular food but no sweets yet. I have to lose my goal weight before I can add any back. After this is over I will continue to lose as my goal personally is to try to drop 10 pounds and get back to where I was a very long time ago. Good luck everyone.
