I am slowly once again loading interest in working out. I do still enjoy walking/jogging. However I seem to be losing the fun part of working out. The problem could lay anywhere from the workout to me. I find a workout video, and I think oh this will be fun. Yet five minutes into it I'm bored. I can just walk/jog all my life. What to do......

Sign in to CommentWalking and jogging seem to be the only thing that works for me too.... because once I get bored, I'm already far enough from home that I might as well keep going. I just haven't been able to stick with other workout programs. What to do indeed.
