Well guys tomorrow is the day I run on a treadmill. To some this may not seem like a big deal, but for someone who fears being stared at it IS. I am aiming to run for at least 30m. (Baby steps) I've been using zombie run 5k app for my runs. It has help ease the stress on my knee. I told yoga can help too. For some reason yoga really bores me. While it does ease the pain a little. I am going to start taking my vitamins again. My mom was upset that I stopped. Who likes taking med. everyday????? Yet I know I need to have my body in great shape for sept., or at least good shape.

They have other things going on in their mind, like listening to music, watching TV, or being in deep thought rather than targeting the rookie on the treadmill. You can always start at a very slow speed and then gradually speed it up if you are unsure of how balanced you would be by running on a moving carpet. It will feel a bit odd at first, but after that you will get used to it in no time.
You can do it, Jackie. Just tell yourself that no one is actually giving you a second glance, they are all focused on their own workouts. And you deserve to be on the treadmill as much as anybody in that gym, so step on and get that 30 minutes done!
