Well still on a roll with hitting my daily habits! I can say things are starting to feel like auto pilot which is good.
I had a chance to play raquetball this past Friday. Oh how I love crushing those balls, pounding the court with my feet and feeling my blood coursing through my body. It has been awhile due to health reasons but thanks to my new habits the body feeling gooooood!
Eating pretty good just hAve to plan, prep and execute. Also tracking is important as well.
So far down 4 lbs but that's not my focus. I am laser locked on my habits and my overall health. The weight loss a nice side benefit.
Yes kicking butt....and proud to say it's mine own...hot dang.
