I just read your previous blog. You want to change a lot e.g. exercise 6 times a week. I also would like to be so consistent but it wont work for me. So at the moment I only concentrate on my calorie intake and do not beat myself up if I dont exercise but I am proud of myself if I do. The plan is to start exercising regularly when I feel I am ready. We can do this - it just takes a while :)
