Hubby is fit and in shape, he's always belonged to a swim team since the age of 5, and is a good example of dedication. Problem is he also wants to always give me whatever I want, so things like travel and expensive meals out do me in. He's been great now, we just did a TRX class together. Reading your comments on my blog, agree totally but also learning now quality of calories matters too! When I was doing 1200 cals of carb heavy food I didn't feel as good as now that I'm choosing more protein and veggies. I've also had days I'm like seriously 400 cals of candy? 2 bags of m&ms ?! Tracking keeps it honest for sure
