Happy Australia Day

So I have placed a bet On myself with Dietbet entering in my 1st Game Tough Chicks. So follow my Journey as I get Healthier Fitter Happier for 2015, as I get prepped for my wedding

Day 1

Breakfast

Not the healthiest  but I love Bbq Leftovers form the Night Before. Gotta love Potatobake and 1 Sausage

Activity:

I work in the Kitchen and also help in front of house if need be so walking as essential whether its at a slow pace or a nice brisk walk Every Step Counts.

Lunch:

I enjoy a homemade Burger today as a Chicken burger made up of chicken tenders letttuce carrot cheese beetroot tomato and bbq Sauce on A Turkish Roll.

Activity:

I did an Hour Boxing Session with two great Friends and making new friends in the process. 

Working on our legs And arms best way to let off Steam which is a must when working in the hospitality industry.

Dinner:

Ham Salad something refreshing and lite and then finishing the evening with fresh Fruit and Yoghurt Yummy. Next Goal to get  A Goodnight Sleep.
