Day 2 : Start of The School Year

WOW really feeling the effects of Day 1 workout, feeling my thigh muscle butt muscles and Arms Gotta Love a good boxing Class.

Yay the start of the school year such a full on day last minute enrollment things getting my youngest prepped for her first year of big school such an excited little one.

And my eldest stepping into grade 2 she has been ready for since last year.

 

Breakfast 

vegemite and cheese on toast to start my day.

Activity

Walking around the school up and downstairs.

Lunch

Not such a healthy lunch today 

Tiny Teddy, Le Snack, and Orange Juice

Activity

just a light walk with my girls

Dinner

Crumbed Steak

Mashed Carrots and Potatoes

Steamed Veges and pumpkin topped with Gravy

Day 3: Cheat Day

Today was most definately A cheat day sitting back relaxing and still feeling the effects from Day1 effects.

Poached Egg and pan fried bacon

Very little today walking

Dinner

Love a great Mac & Cheese and thanks to my number 1 for cooking Dinner and allowing me to kickback.

With that said and done time to get back on track and reach my weightloss Goal to losing 4% of my body weight.
