Here for you. I so understand your struggle. I am over 300lbs and hoping by the end of the next week to be in the 200's. :). It is one step, one meal and one day at a time. I have done all the diets in the world, but I found that this time, I have a completely different mind set. The change comes from the inside and then the change will happen on the outside. You can do this. Just stay focused, if you stumble, don't let it be a big slide down. Right yourself as soons as possible. Look forward to see how you do. :)
