Aaaaaand the weight goes up again..
It's the first time my weight really went up since I started here on DietBet, I guess.. So I'm not doing to bad with fluctuations.. It's still frustrating :D Even though I know it's part of the process, and might just be a little water retention, a little more bowel content or whatever. I also realized I didn't factor in the weight of my mobile (for taking the picture of the read-out) during the unofficial weigh-ins :D
But seeing the goal in the Kickstarter makes me doubtful.. 21 days to lose 2.6 kg?? Pfffff... The first round's goal for the Transformer (16 days to lose 1 kg) seems more doable.. But it doesn't make sense at all to throw in the towel for the kickstarter already!
There were a lot of "exceptions" during the last week or so, and I still haven't cut them out. But I have to.
3 weeks of clean eating ahead. Or at least a clean calorie count :D
Also: three weeks of working out EVERY DAY ahead. Even if it's just 5-10 minutes. 10 Minutes of Zuzka's workouts already done for today :) Gonna make sure to get my 10000 steps in as well.
There are no excuses. I'm not going on a crazy bikini-figure-in-to-weeks plan or anything like that. I'm changing old habits for the better, and for the long term. And if I haven't been so consistent the last two weeks: Well, today I start again. If necessary, I'll start again tomorrow. And the day after. After all, the first day seem to be the one I'm the most motivated :D
