Can't really deny it: I'm less and less active on DietBet. Might be the first sign that I'm slacking in my weight-loss efforts, but actually I'm doing pretty well so far.
I've just finished the second round of my DB10 as a winner. My weight this morning was 1 kg below my round 2 goal weight, so I'm already close to the round 3 goal weight.
Now I have to make sure not to get carried away. I'm still a far way from my ultimate goal weight, and I'm afraid I won't pay close enough attention to diet and exercise due to all my "effortless" success this round.
So as soon as this cold I have goes away, I will run again. And I will do body weight exercises to strengthen my muscles.
And I will read my blog postsĀ again to remind myself of my plans :)
