I had a good weigh-in this morning tipping the scales at a whopping 211.6 lbs.  That is a pound drop from yesterday.

I jogged a total of 4.3 miles last night (I felt the need to after pigging out on Mexican food for supper). Back on the diet in full force today. I am still keeping my water intake high (7-16oz. bottles per day minimum), and eating at least 5 fruits/vegetables.

I have scene some very good results posted on here. Keep up the good work everyone!!!
