Although I put on some weight these past couple of days, I still lost 3.4% of my body weight with very minimal exercise. I'm super excited because my birthday present to myself is a gym membership at my favorite trainer's new gym. She even offered to give me 3 free sessions at 5 in the morning this week. I'm stoked cause I need it! This will certainly help me with this month's personal goal of losing another 8 lbs. The truth be told, if I have exercise and eat as well as I did last month, I'll probably do waaaay better. Wish me luck. Still have over 62lbs to go! 

 

Congratulations to everyone that has participated in this wonderful challenge. Kudos if you made your weight, and kudos if you're trying and moving in the right direction. They say there is strength in numbers...I believe them! I love the support I get from this community.
