I love to Zumba too! I also drink a green smoothie each morning for breakfast--half a frozen banana, small amount of frozen strawberries, lots of spinach, tbsp ground flaxseed, handful oatmeal, 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a scoop of chocolate protein. Yummy, healthy and filling! Good luck! ????

Yes that is great!! The protein I use is the no carb one from GNC. I try to use no more than two fruits due to the sugar in fruit, I use flax seed oil and I use water mostly.
