Yay!! Not only was the stick of gum a great choice, but I love the kind way that you spoke to yourself. I've been working on knowing head hunger from stomach hunger. Someone gave me a great piece of feedback you can use also: Are you hungry for a hardboiled egg, or a salad (or something similar)? No? Then you aren't really hungry. That thinking works for me also. You are doing really well, K. I'm doing fine with sticking to my plan food and exercise wise but the scale has been a real PITA the past two weeks. I'm staying the course but this last bet will be a squeaker at best. :)
