Great post! I agree food is key. I worked out with a personal trainer for 6 months and never focused on food and as a result never lost a lb despite training up to 4 sessions a week. I see now on my surge only burn 100cals fat burn zone doing strength. It does make me fitter and stronger but if I'm putting in way more calories than I'm putting out .... I'll never lose the weight in the end.
