Grrrrrrrrrrrr! I just stepped on the scale and I did not like what I saw. I have gained three pounds. I blame my weekend. I thought I was doing well by avoiding candy, and pop. Now that I think about it more, although I had avoided some stuff, I did not control my portion size at meals as we ate food that was prepared by someone else. And, because I was at a workshop, I spent most of the time sitting. Time to make some changes so I can do this.
I have been trying to get into onederland for two years and I have not met that goal yet. When I wonder, do I really want it,... I am sure the answer is a definite YES!
Now, the challenge is to actually do it. When I reach my goal this month I shall still be just over 200#'s. I do not think I want to do that. As a result, I am going to set my personal goal at 198#'s. It just sounds better to me.
