I have yet to lose weight since I started this (so in 5 days so i guess not a huge deal) and I think part of my issue is I do not track everything I eat properly. So starting today IMMEDIATEY after I consumer food I will track it on my fitness pal. NO EXCUSES. It's on my phone so even if I'm over at a friend's house and I eat 5 chips, I will track 5 chips.
I think I do a lot of mindless eating and that's a habit I need to get out of!
