Time for more diligent tracking!

I also HAVE to track. And I have to do it when I eat. Otherwise at the end of the day I am over and I am kicking myself. I also sync my fitbit and mfp. I went one week and did all of my logging into the fitbit program.. but I find that they don't have nearly the expanse of selection as mfp does.
