Every year I try and do at least 1 set of photos to compare where I was a year ago body shape wise. It's hard to see how much you change when you see yourself every day.
Last year while a really good year, I think I suffered from depression more than I realized. My get up and go, literally got up and went. I'm hoping to really bring all of this back under control in the next 6 months. Because from last Feb to this Feb - I put on a lot of weight and my composition changed. I'm really not ok with that.
