Facing facts and deciding that those facts aren't what you want is the first step, isn't it?

It sure is. I have had myself convinced that because my clothes still mostly fit and I wasn't having any troubles that things were ok. This morning was a bit of a wakeup call and I'm hoping the next 30 days bring something kickass to my door.
