Hard->Hardest->Easy->Under My Feet

 

I have heard this is how the cycle goes. With breaking any habit... weither it be smoking, addiction to gambling, pornography, drinking or with eating habits and laziness. 

 

I had really thought I was at the stage where healthy living and weight loss was Easy, maybe even under my feet. I have been on this journey for 35 weeks now.

It should be under my feet right?!

Well.. honestly at this point in time it is feeling like the hardest!!! There are a few contributing factors- but I think it all boils down to excitement fizzling and progress slowing - after staying away from sweets for long I am just broken down! I want it all!

I am really struggling with feeling satisfied and happy with myself. I'm winning by diet bet's standards.. but not my own. >:(

 

I'm feeling pretty weak right now.
