Today I managed to walk my 6,000 Fitbit step goal (I walked 6,849 steps) and logged 3.04 miles for my Eat Drink & Be Skinny 100 Mile Month Challenge.  Day 11 on the Facebook Fitbit Friends Beginner Squat Challenge consisted of 30 Prisoner Box Squats which I completed.  I started the Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge late, so today I completed Day 5 (9 Roll Ups, 9 Ankle Reaches, & 9 Double Leg Lifts) and Day 6 (10 Roll Ups, 10 Ankle Reaches & 10 Double Leg Lifts).  I totaled 19 of each of these exercises total.  I did Day 5 towards the beginning of my workout and Day 6 towards the end of it to break them up.  For Day 11 of the 30 Day Butt Lift Challenge, I completed 10 Squats (in addition to the 30 from the beginner squat challenge), 10 Pointed Butt Lifts (each side), 10 Fire Hydrants (each side) & 9 Heel Kicks (each side).  I also completed Day 11 from the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans Lose the Love Handles Challenge which consisted of 2 Sets of 12 Side Planks (each side), 2 sets of 12 Russian Twists (twisting to each side counts as 1 twist), & 2 sets of 17 bicycle crunches (right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee counts as one).  Also, these bicycle crunches are what Cassey Ho from Blogilates videos label as Criss Cross I think.  

 

I am sure if anyone is reading this you probably know what counts as one rep for each of these moves, but I am making the distinction for my future reference for when I come back to this to use for any information in my writing in the future.  That is actually why I started doing a daily Exercise log in the first place.  Soon, I need to go back to the beginning of my Dietbet experience soon and make detailed logs of my weight loss and exercises used during those first couple months for my own future reference as well.

 

Also, I am still suffering from dun dun dun... time of the month and it is a rough crampy one this time, so I have not been feeling up to doing Yoga or Pilates or any other exercises this week.  I haven't been getting much sleep lately either.  I did manage to get 6 hours and 42 minutes total today between two time periods though.  However, tonight or in the morning rather, I will not be getting much sleep.  I am placking to go out of town for the rest of the week with my mom and grandmother.  

 

My grandmother is having a knee replacement surgery in the morning, and I still have a lot of packing to do.  I have been working for the past few hours on prepping some healthy snacks to take with me, so I won't be as tempted to eat junk food while I am gone.  However, I still need to pack my clothes and bathroom items and will need to grab the prepped snacks out of the fride in the morning.  I still need to find time sometime in the next 5 or 6 hours to take a shower and dry my hair before we leave as well.  We are leaving in 6 hours and I am not even halfway ready.  I had no idea it would take me several hours to prep the food or I would have done that earlier in the week... GAH.  Oh well, I am used to hardly ever getting much sleep, especially when I have to go somewhere with other people.  At least  I should end up tired enough to get plenty of rest tomorrow night.

 

I am praying nothing goes strangly wrong with my grandmother's surgery and wishing her a speedy receovery!  

 

I don't know how much time I will have to be on Dietbet the next few days, but I am taking my challenge papers to at least try and stay on track with these at night in the hotel room.
