I'm probably the opposite of everyone...I've always been a thin person and a good healthy weight.
For the past few years, I've started eating foods I used to stay away from; and I love them. I have gained almost 100 pounds gradually over the past 6 years. I'll lose a few then I self sabotage myself and gain it back.
I make this so much harder than it should be.
I've read so many "weight loss" books and watched so many "weight loss shows/documentaries" that I am an expert. However, I never practice what I know.
I applaude everyone for just trying and doing such a good job. This time around, for once, I'd like to be the success story.
