You go girl! Menopause is for the birds!! :) You have some high goals with that gym 6 x a week. Have you thought about doing bootcamp classes ( your gym should have)? It really works our 50 ish bodies. The 1st time I thought I was going to die! Lol. But then I learned I am a lot stronger than I ever realized. #50lbsLost&stillGoing
