Good Morning!
I woke up early and worked out. :-) Ran, Yoga, and Hula. My hubby came in during Yoga. I told him it is okay, workout, just don't talk to me. LOL When I was done has asked, "Can I talk to you now?". Awwww. We are different in our working out. I get into it and ignore the world.... he on the other hand would talk to me the whole time. Oh well. We compromise. ;-)
I weighed in. Only up by .2. I was worried that I may gain my loss from last week with all the traveling and lack of a real workout. Even though I would have loved to lose, I am please to see that I pretty much maintained. I do however, see it as a week behind in my goal, so.... time to step it up.
So, the first week was increase exercise, CHECK!
Second week was healthier travel snacks, I did pretty good with this, CHECK!
So, this week is increase water intake. I am going to follow the rules for the Virgin Diet. I used that diet last year to find out what inflamatory foods bothered me. It was probably the healthiest I felt and the weight fell off. I may think of doing it again. I have to re-test a couple of the foods anyways.
It is SOOOOO awesome to have my son home. Even with the living room looking like a Marine's luggage exploded. LOL He is going through everything so he can get packing for his next thing out of the way and also see what he needs. That's my smart boy. ;-)
This week will be a harder week to eat well because he will be home and there are certain meals/treats we have in store for him before he goes back. Plus we are having another Christmas. So that will also be a challenge this week. Working out won't. So I will continue to increase my activity and intensity. I hope he uses the new gym. Right now he is sleeping. :-/ But it is only our first full day home after a really long trip. So, we shall see what time he gets up tomorrow.
Food Yesterday:
Travel wise, not sure, I think the only thing I had was fruit snacks. Went to sleep about 6AM and woke at about 8AM but didn't feel much like eating. I don't think I ate until Chinese food for dinner. :-/ I know, not good. We watched Big Hero 6 and ate some popcorn, rasinets and gummy bears. I didn't eat too much of the candy. I did have some soda though. So overall, not a great day for trying to loose weight. Today WILL be a better day. So... maybe I should start by having something to eat before it gets too late. ;-)
