You will be fine! Honesty will help because cheating & ignoring the problem leads to more cheating, & then you'll really fail. Honesty is the first step to fixing the problem. And it sounds like you're not going to give up, but rather you have a plan to fixing it. I wish everyone else would/could do the same, because determination & hard work pays off!!! You may make some mistakes along the way, but rather than giving up because of it, makeup in a different area or change something. Like if you eat over in calories one day, make sure you exercise longer to burn those extra calories. And if that was miserable, think about what you had to do to makeup for that cheat the next time you plan on cheating... Or just eat half, that way you can still enjoy it, but w/o overdoing it. I make homemade ice cream & my husband's loves it, but I know I can't eat it like him, so when I make him a bowl, I'll take 2-3 bites of it, so I can satisfy that need, w/o regretting it later. Every effort counts!
