This weather is rough! The cold stops me from getting up the way that I want to. I can't wait to run outside in the morning once it starts getting warmer. For now I just leave my runs for after work at 5 when the sun is still out and its not cold enough out that I wish to recede under the covers of my bed.

 

Soooooo. This is my first diet bet ever. I'm pretty damn excited. After realizing how focused I was on getting healthier two months before my birthday and how I was totally not after I realized that I need a goal, I need a deadline to push myself. There's no better way to do that then to put money on the line. And I bet it ALL. 125 dollars. I bet myself 125 dollars that I could lose 20 pounds by August. I know that I can!!! I have read so many stories about people that have lost more in that amount of time. I know so much information about how to nourish my body properly. I can do this!!!! My only problem more so than accountability is consistency. If I remain consistent, if I eat well, if I work out regularly, if I sleep at least 7 hours there's no way that the pounds won't come off.

Nutrition:

  • Breakfast: Quinoa Cereal, Almond Milk, Walnuts, Rasins, Apple
  • Lunch: School Lunch
  • Snack: Edamame and Pineapples
  • Dinner: Flourless Quesadillias! 

Sleep: 7+ hours

Water: 2.5 Liters

Excercise: 62 mins, 6.67km (jog/walk)
