Today was a bit rough I must say. I woke up at 6:30. Sent my official weigh in picture and kind of scrambled to get out in time this morning. I hate rushing. And then the weather outside was rainy so that definitely didn't help my mood (I have to ride my bicycle to work everyday).
The highlight of my day was breakfast to be quite honest. It was one of the most delicious, fulfilling breakfastes (not a word lol) I'd ever had. But once again. I was rushed into eating it because I had to teach first period. Lunch came by and it was spaghetti and meat sauce. It smelled amazing. Now I don't feel bad for eating spaghetti but I also knew that eating stuff like this wouldn't really help me win this bet. If anything I rather spend the calories on the things I REALLY want to eat. I guess the spaghetti sauce was really acidic or something because I felt it in my throat through the rest on the day. Like acid reflux but not really. Came home made an amazing dinner. And guess who had to rush through dinner? Me. Because I had to prepare for Japanese class. Moral of the story. Kim doesn't like to be rushed. She must make time in order to avoid these situations if possible.
It wasnt a horrible day. It just wasn't a good one lol.
Day 2
Nutrition:
- Breakfast: warm quinoa cereal
- lunch: spaghetti with meat sauce
- snack: edamame with pineapple
- dinner: healthiest quesadillia
- snack: Cocoa covered peanuts (ate way too much of these. Probably contributes to my unhappiness with today. I just have to keep telling myself that it is not about perfect but progress. And life whether I want it to happen or not happens.)
Sleep: 7 hours
Water: 3 liters
Excercise: rest day -- I hurt my knee :( --
