Two weeks in already? Time has flown.
Firstly, I will recognize that I haven't pushed myself to any extreme. I have slightly tweaked my diet and have exercised a little more. I am looking for that lifestyle change.
What I'm realizing is that if I make very small changes, over time, they will become habit. I know that when I change too much, I fall off of the wagon.
With that being said, I still have 1.7 pounds left to lose and 2 more weeks to do it. It will take effort, as all weight loss does, but I'm looking forward to continuing on my weight loss journey.
Let's keep moving!
