So I'm 5 days into my new weigh loss journey.I started on Valentines Day, joined a local gym with a friend. At the gym we do the treadmill, the precor,and this weekend we will try the water Zumba.I think different things will keep our workouts interesting. I have cut out the sodas, sweets, junk food, and restaurants. I am excited to do this challenge,and win some money!!
