So today starts week 2 of My Journey. I have almost lost 5 lbs. this week, eating better kinds of foods and working out daily.Its so much easier if I prep the food for the week on Sundays.I drink a lot more water, and I'm using a calorie tracker, and staying at 1800 calories.Will continue to do the same this next week, and hopefully loose another 5, wish me luck!!
