Do you know why you want the unhealthy things? Apart from the meds I mean. Sometimes we eat because we're bored, or tired, or sad, or out of habbit. Try to think about how you would feel after you eat the thing you want to eat. I know it doesn't make me happier or feel better after I've eaten a bag of chips, even though I crave it so much. Also a tip (not easy, but definitely works) is to just not buy the bad stuff. If it's not in the house, you won't be as likely to eat it. Don't think in terms of "I can't have this or that" but make a plan of foods you want to eat instead. Look for recipes online that are easy to make and that you love. Having a back up plan is half the work I think! I also find that doing other things helps my mind off the craving. For me, it's painting my nails, reading a book with a cup of tea, cleaning or taking a walk.
