My first guess for suddenly feeling ravenous would have been depriving yourself the last few weeks - but you haven't felt hungry, so it shouldn't be the case. Maybe it's just a little hormonal fluctuation? That's usually the case when I feel like I almost can't control my appetites. And I can resist it better when I realize that the feeling is probably gone the next day :)
