So today was a good day. I got all my steps in and then some. I did want to go out for a jog today but 1) my knee is still hurting.  2) I was tired 3) the weather was shit. So I just opted for walking for an hour. I have to remind myself that even if I'm not running I'm still being active. Running is not the only way! Definitely the fastest but not the only way. 

I made my own hot cocoa today! With cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and stevia. It was great ^,^ I love chocolate! 

 

Day 4 

Nutrition: 

  • Breakfast: warm quinoa cereal (quinoa, almond milk, raisins, walnuts, apple)
  • Lunch: soup, rice, breaded shrimp, seasoned cucumber
  • Dinner: healthiest quesadilla
  • Snack: boiled egg, edamame, pineapple, hot cocoa 

 

Sleep: 7 hours

Water: 2.5 Liters

Excercise: 40 min bike ride to and from work, about 16000 steps
